Subject: Citizen Advice service to Trauma patients

Dear All

Thank you very much for taking the time to meet with us during our induction period.

We would like to inform you that from Monday 7 September, the service will be running on Monday, Tuesday (Caroline Lambert), Thursday and Friday (Christine Diaz).

Referrals can now be made by email, using the address: MajorTraumaCab@stgeorges.nhs.uk, by phone: 07496 959 818 or face-to-face.

On Monday 7 September, Caroline will be on site in the afternoon only.

Our leaflet can now be distributed widely to patients and their families. If agreed, we shall provide shortly copies to insert in the pack given to trauma patients.
